My goal is help you to find your strengths and resilience, so you have the tools to calmly and confidently face whatever challenges come your way.

What To Expect At Your Visit
Therapy is a journey taken together. It is based on trust and commitment from all parties. You shouldn't expect immediate changes after the first or even third session, as adjusting attitudes and behaviours takes time. Rather than providing a quick fix, my role is to guide you and help you become the best version of yourself.
I use a humanistic approach with clients, while implementing methods and tools from other types of therapy and schools of thought that are beneficial for a particular case. Together we can address a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, fears, frustration in any area of your life and work on improving your well-being and resilience.
