The first consultation is free. We discuss your needs, goals and expectations of therapy and counselling. I will answer any questions you may have. This is an important session to establish whether I am a good fit for you and draw up a primary plan of work.
Individual Counselling & Therapy
Price: 1000 CZK
Duration: 50 min
During this session we will work together on the challenges you are facing. Together we can address a variety of difficulties in modern life, such as anxiety, stress, frustration, depression, fears, work-life balance, relationships, body image, substance misuse and many others.
Relationship/Family Counselling and Therapy
Price: 1500 CZK
Duration: 90 min
This is a good opportunity to work on a relationship by actively involving the other person to improve the dynamic. You can bring your partner, child, parent or even friend to address the issues and listen to each other in a safe and calm environment.
All services are available both face-to-face and online.
